When you need to move in
Length of tenancy

Once we have this information, we will search through our extensive property database for accommodation that is suitable for you. Having found you a suitable property, you will then be required to carry out the following.

1. Submit your offer giving us move in dates, and furnishing requirements, and any questions you may have.

2. Once your offer is accepted we will need;

    a) A holding deposit of one weeks rent which shows your commitment to the property, and is deducted from the first months rent (in the event that you withdraw from the transaction or references are falsified, the holding deposit will be considered non-returnable. If the landlord withdraws, the deposit will be repaid in full).

    b) Details of your references, our landlords usually require. *Bank/Building society reference. *An employers reference, *previous landlord (where applicable) (in the event of the tenant being self employed, we will require an accountant and solicitors reference)

    c) On receipt of satisfactory references, you will be asked to sign a tenancy agreement, and pay the balance of monies due, either in cash or bankers draft.
